cocktailMmm..  Doesn’t a morning cocktail sound great?  I bet it does.  We all would love to have Bloody Mary’s for breakfast!  The cocktail I’m talking about non-alcoholic.  I know, boring right?  Wrong, this cocktail will have your eyes wider having a strong black coffee.

On top of that you’ll love the effects:

  • Lowers Cholesterol
  • Decreases LDL
  • Increases HDL
  • Lowers Blood Pressure
  • Improves Skin
  • Fights cavities
  • Improves healthy bacteria of the gut

Sounds too good to be true, doesn’t it?  Wrong!  This is a miracle drink that you can have every morning, and every night!

The “Mother” of Drinks

The mother of all drinks is the Apple Cider Vinegar concoction.  It’s absolutely-freaking-amazing for the body!  I’m talking about a huge list of health benefits.  If I had to name all the health benefits of this amazing drink than I’d need a larger blog.  I could go on for pages about the goodness behind ACV.  You’ll need to make sure that your ACV is USDA Organic and has the “mother” at the bottom.  It looks kind of gross, but that’s what you need to have a healthy gut.

All those antibiotics over the years have damaged the good bacteria in your gut, and this is one of the best ways to get it all straightened out.  ACV is a prebiotic which cleans the gut so new good bacteria can form.  Many people waste serious money on probiotics only to have to keep taking them to feel well.  Have a prebiotic like apple cider vinegar  that cleans your gut out so you can actually have good bacteria take residency in it is key.  Good bacteria is the key to losing weight, eliminating low back pain, and feeling great.

The Cocktail

For this healthy cocktail you’ll need to mix the following.  My advice is to just slam it, because it isn’t meant to be enjoyable.

  1. 8 oz of purified water
  2. 2 teaspoons of ACV
  3. 1/4 teaspoon of Cayenne pepper
  4. 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
  5. huge balls

You’ll need those huge balls to actually drink it.  This is going to taste like ass!

More or Less Healthy

You have two choices when you’re about to jam that whatever down your throat.  Ask yourself..

Do I want to be more healthy?

Do I want to be less healthy?

That’s the question you must ask yourself. 

Foods are an amazing thing.  Foods can be used for pleasure.  Foods can be used for fuel.  The absence of foods can be used to suppress cultures, kill, and used as torture.  The plethora of food can be used to nurture civilizations, make families whole, and cause diabetes.  Food is an amazing thing.

Eating is done for many different reasons.  People eat because they are starving.  People eat for fun.  People eat while they are under stress.  People eat in victory.  People eating in 2016 divides out culture into what is socially acceptable, who will get the job, and who will not.  There are many laws against racial discrimination, but weight discrimination is still allowed.

Weight Discrimination

weight discriminationBeing Black, White, Yellow or Brown doesn’t really matter.  Yes, there are certainly some advantages to being white in america, but there are certainly some disadvantages in other walks of life.  I’m not here to start an argument of white privilege or not, because if you’re so focused on what other people have that you don’t then that’s your problem.  Don’t make it your problem.

Who would you hire for a corporate job?  The fat white guy, or the buff black guy?  I’m sure the latter, because weight discrimination is a big issue in this country.  Now is weight discrimination as bad as racial discrimination?  That’s a question to answer in another blog post.

The point that I’m trying to get across here is that there is a serious weight discrimination in this country.
